Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

- Return time: 30 Days Free-Reason Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 30 days from the date that you receive it, you can apply to a full product refund. However, the return shipping is on your charge.

-Product conditions: All returned items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and must not have any installation marks or signs of use. Must be sealed in the original packaging with the item label for a full refund.

-Contact info: Send an Email to info@telesin-store.com to inform us the reason that cause you return the goods with the picture/video so we know that the quality of the returning product is in good condition which still fulfill the free-reason return policy. please note the picture of the entire package/box is also required.

-Return address: Our customer representative will get back to you within 24 hours, you will receive the “Return Instruction” by Email. Then, please send your parcel to the address with“Return Instruction”

-Return charges: We will cover the return or exchange shipping cost for any defective items. However, if you are not satisfied with the products and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the return cost.

-Other charges: There is no other charges.

Refund

-Refund conditions: You will get the full refund of the order once we receive and inspect your parcel.

-Method of refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal Account. ( The original method of your payment).

-Refund time: You will receive the refund immediately or within a certain amount of days, that depends on your card issuer's policies.

-Shipping cost: Shipping costs will be refunded together for any defective items. However, if you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exchange it, shipping costs are nonrefundable.
