Please refer to the following terms for specific circumstances:

1. Within 3 months of purchase:

If the product has quality problems without use, a full refund or replacement with a new product will be provided;

If the product encounters non-artificial damage and quality problems after being used in small quantities, a full refund or replacement with a new product will be issued;

Products that are frequently used and judged to have quality problems caused by humans will not be dealt with.

2. Purchase more than 3 months and within 6 months:

If the product has quality problems without being used, a full refund or replacement with a new product (the buyer needs to pay shipping costs);

If the product encounters non-artificial damage and quality problems after being used in small quantities, a full refund or replacement with a new product will be issued (the buyer needs to pay shipping costs);

Products that are frequently used and judged to have quality problems caused by humans will not be dealt with.

3. Purchase more than 6 months:

It is impossible to rule out the loss of normal use, but it will be judged based on the usage. If it is confirmed that it is affected by quality problems of our products, we will provide certain compensation.
